Reporting to a commercial lead, you will join the project from the very beginning as part of a talented team,-taking control of specific tasks and stages of the project through to PC. The company in question have a very exciting order book with further upcoming projects across the Bedfordshire and South East region as well as wider UK and Europe after the initial 2 year project- Key Responsibilities Prepare and submit monthly valuations and applications for payment. Support the day-to-day commercial management of the project. Assist with the procurement and preparation of subcontract tender packages.
