Description Manage the commercial delivery of planned refurbishment and retrofit projects from start to finish. Monitor project costs, budgets, forecasts, margins and cash flow. Prepare valuations, applications for payment, variations and final accounts. Procure and manage subcontractor and supply chain packages. Review and agree subcontractor applications, valuations and final accounts. Identify commercial risks and opportunities and ensure appropriate action is taken.
