We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor (MEP/CSA) to join a growing project team delivering large-scale, technically challenging developments. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of the commercial management of major projects, working alongside experienced delivery teams in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.The RoleAs Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing the commercial and contractual aspects of projects from procurement through to final account, ensuring financial performance is maximised while maintaining strong commercial controls throughout the project lifecycle. Key responsibilities include:Managing all commercial and contractual aspects of project deliveryPreparing, reviewing and maintaining project budgets, forecasts and cost reportsLeading procurement activities, including tendering, subcontractor selection and contract negotiationsManaging subcontractor accounts, valuations, variations and final accountsMonitoring project costs and identifying commercial risks and opportunitiesSupporting Project Managers, Package Managers and site teams with cost management and commercial adviceEnsuring contractual records and documentation are maintained accuratelyAttending commercial meetings, project reviews and site ..... full job details .....
