Quantity Surveyor (MEP)

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor-(MEP) to lead the commercial delivery of mechnical, electrical, and public health packages on a high-profile development.-

Key Responsibilities of a Quantity Surveyor (MEP)

-Prepare detailed cost estimates for MEP services, including HVAC, electrical systems, process plumbing and fire suppression.
- Prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BoQs) specific to MEP disciplines from design drawings and specifications.-
- Collaborate with the construction team to assess MEP progress and prepare interim valuations.-
- Conduct site measurements, validate subcontractor invoices, and certify payments.

Requirements of a Quantity Surveyor (MEP)

Experience in MEP (Mechnical, Electrical & Plumbing) is essential.
