This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially astute QS with a strong Mechanical & Electrical background to take responsibility for the commercial management of projects, from procurement and cost control through to final accounts. The Role Manage the commercial aspects of M&E packages on new-build commercial projects. Prepare and manage project budgets, cost reports and forecasts. Oversee subcontractor procurement, valuations and payments. Manage variations, change control and contractual notices. Monitor project costs, identify commercial risks and maximise profitability.
