      <description>Location: Reading | Salary: Negotiable | Type: Permanent | Our client is seeking a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team within the nuclear defence sector. This permanent role involves supporting the delivery of major infrastructure programmes within a long-term framework, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to nationally significant projects in a secure and regulated environment.   Key Responsibilities:    Administration and management of NEC3/NEC4 contracts  Management of compensation events and change control through CEMAR  Commercial management of subcontract packages from procurement through to final account  Preparation of valuations, forecasts, cost reports and commercial dashboards  Management of subcontractor performance, payments and commercial risk  Identification and mitigation of commercial risks and opportunities  Support project delivery teams with commercial advice and contract administration  Develop strong client and stakeholder relationships within the framework  For Senior Quantity Surveyors, provide guidance and leadership to commercial teams of approximately 2-6 people    Requirements:    Essential:    Experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor within infrastructur...</description>
