      <description>Location: Sheffield | Salary: &amp;pound;45000 - &amp;pound;50000/annum | Type: Permanent | Our client, a key player in the water industry, is currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Yorkshire on a permanent basis. This role is crucial for the commercial management and cost control of Yorkshire Water AMP8 projects.   Key Responsibilities:    Prepare and manage project valuations.  Monitor costs, forecasts and commercial risks.  Manage subcontractor accounts and payments.  Support contract administration and change control.  Produce financial reports and commercial analysis.  Work closely with operational teams to maximise project performance.
