This role will be within the water and wastewater capital project delivery team delivering large-scale capital programmes aimed at keeping water infrastructure resilient for the long-term while protecting the environment. Our client enhance and extend asset life in Water/Utilities, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards, problem solving in the engineering and infrastructure space. This role will require 2/3 days a week working in Crossness Pumping Station offices in the SE2 area of London. Responsibilities Manage change through the Early Warning and variation process with both Client and Subcontractor Management of Subcontractors - agreement of terms through to final account Support/Produce CVR''s / Applications for Payments Assist with cost forecasts Closely monitor staff/material/plant and other resources on site per project Look for opportunities to maximise value and identify cost savings Working closely with the commercial and operations team.
