What you''ll be doing: Managing project costs from feasibility through to final account. Preparing cost plans, estimates, tender documentation and contracts. Advising clients on procurement strategies and commercial decisions. Monitoring project budgets, valuations, variations and financial reporting. Working closely with clients, contractors and project teams to deliver successful outcomes. What we''re looking for: Quantity Surveying experience within a consultancy environment. Residential sector experience is desirable. RICS accredited degree or working towards MRICS. Good understanding of JCT and procurement routes. Strong commercial awareness with excellent communication and negotiation skills. Experience using CostX or similar estimating software is advantageous.
