The business supports nationally significant infrastructure schemes through integrated planning, commercial and delivery services, working collaboratively with public and private sector stakeholders to achieve long term social and economic value.The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the Commercial Manager with the administration, tracking, and reporting of commercial activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and effective cost management across all project phases.Key ResponsibilitiesCompensation Events (CEs) and Change ManagementPrepare, draft, and maintain Compensation Event quotations, narratives, and detailed cost build-ups in line with NEC4 and ACA Framework requirementsCollate and verify substantiation including labour hours, timesheets, outputs, and technical evidence to support CE submissions and client queriesTrack Compensation Events through governance, approval, and instruction stages, ensuring full alignment with project records and commercial strategyCost Control and ReportingMaintain accurate and up-to-date cost data including actuals, commitments, accruals, and forecastsProduce cost summaries, variance analysis, and ..... full job details .....
