Quantity Surveyor- main contractor

Main Contractor Quantity Surveyor needed to work for a very busy -30M turnover commercial builder. Must be commercially aware, able to make commercial decisions whilst running construction projects. Much of the work is in high end residential, measuring and pricing jobs, sourcing subcons and then running the jobs to final account, collecting paymnets from clients. This is a great job for the right, ambitious QS.
