This is a fast paced, commercially focused role responsible for pricing individual works orders issued under our framework agreement.All works are single sourced and non competitive, allowing the Estimator to focus on accuracy, compliance and value rather than bid positioning.You will be pricing works using a CESMM Schedule of Rates, with individual work orders typically ranging in value from £500 to £1m.Prepare accurate and timely estimates for individual works orders issued under the rail maintenance frameworkPrice remits using the CESMM Method of Measurement and the framework Schedule of RatesInterpret scopes, drawings, specifications and site ..... full job details .....
