Your role will require you to: - Management of application and credit control processes - Management of optimisation of incomeManagement of all processes with regard to costing and forecastingManagement of change control systemInput into the management of project riskManagement of CTC and CVRsManagement of the full sub-contract cycleProvision of commercial advice to Project TeamDevelopment of team spirit and trustworthiness within Project Commercial Team and with Client and S/CManagement of dispute resolutionCommunications within the Project Commercial Team and with the Project TeamManagement of Training plans - Input into the tendering processTraining an Assistant Quantity SurveyorWorking away from home 1 - 2 nights per weekTravel to multiple Renewables projects around the UKAbout youExperienced Quantity SurveyorDegree educated or HND/HNC equivalentWorking towards Professional QualificationSubstantial post degree experience working in contracting commercial departmentWorking knowledge of construction industry conditions of contractProficient ..... full job details .....
