These businesses are looking for commercially strong QSs who are comfortable managing projects properly - not just pushing paperwork around. Typical responsibilities include: CVRs & commercial reporting Variations & final accounts Procurement of subcontract packages Client-facing commercial management Cost control across live projects NEC and/or JCT contracts Projects typically range from -500k to -15m across refurbishment, planned maintenance, fit-out and regional construction works.
