Quantity Surveyor

Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor? Have you got experience with New Build housing developers?

Our Client, a New build housing developer of affordable homes, is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. Sites are based within the Northeast.

Responsibilities –

• Manage all cost relating to projects, minimize costs of projects, enhance margins.
• Tendering
• Budgeting
• Valuations
• Adaptions (where required)

What we need from you:

• Previous experience with new build housing developers.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Degree qualified/ HNC in Quantity Surveying.
• You will have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
