The project primarily involves pipeline installation and manhole construction, forming part of a wider infrastructure programme. This is an excellent opportunity for a QS with strong civils experience to join a well-established team and play a key role in the commercial management of the project. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee all commercial aspects of the project Measurement and valuation of works (primarily pipelines and manholes) Subcontractor procurement, administration, and payments Preparation of applications for payment and final accounts Cost forecasting, reporting, and budget control Identification and management of variations and change events Liaising with site teams, engineers, and project stakeholders Ensuring contractual compliance and risk management Requirements Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within heavy civils projects ...
