As part of a leading national group, you’ll join a dynamic Commercial team delivering reactive and planned maintenance works across residential and commercial portfolios with real scope to develop and progress your career
As a Quantity Surveyor you’ll support the commercial delivery of a diverse portfolio of Gas and property maintenance contracts, managing costs, value and relationships across multiple projects

Your Role as Our Quantity Surveyor:
- Managing subcontractor payments, valuations and cost control
- Supporting CVR processes, client invoicing and month end reporting
- Ensuring financial accuracy across reactive and planned maintenance works
- Handling multiple contracts across a varied portfolio
- Working closely with operational teams to maximise value and performance
What We Need from You:
- 1 to 5 years experience in:
- Repairs & Maintenance essential
- Heating & Compliance ideal
- Facilities management
- Property building maintenance
- Strong commercial awareness and cost control skills
- Experience working across planned and reactive works
- Experience in social housing or maintenance contracting is highly desirable
