We’re looking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to take commercial responsibility for a multi-phase project spanning over 2 major sites within the North East. This is a stand-alone QS role, so we’re looking for someone who is confident working independently, managing their own workload and taking ownership of the commercial side of the project. A schedule of rates is already agreed with the client, so the role will predominantly involve visiting sites to establish and verify quantities of work completed, identifying and pricing any variations, and preparing and submitting accurate applications for payment.
