They are looking for someone whom they can mould into a future leader of the business.Responsibilities:Preparing accurate cost estimates and budgetsProcurement of subcontractors and materialsManage project finances and monitor costs throughout the project lifecyclePrepare and issue tender documents, contracts, and variationsValuations, payments, and final accountsIdentify and managing commercial risksLiaise with site teams, clients, suppliers, and subcontractorsRequirementsDegree or HNC/HND in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related fieldExperience in a similar roleFull and clean driving licenceThis is an ..... full job details .....
