About the role
A highly regarded Ofsted-rated Good college in Surrey is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor who’s passionate about the industry to join their team as a Quantity Surveying Lecturer. You’ll deliver the T-Level in Design, Surveying & Planning for Construction—an exciting opportunity to shape the next generation of construction professionals.

Role Overview

• Teach and assess students, delivering exceptional learning experiences.
• Act as a course tutor—manage attendance and support academic progress.
• Develop industry-aligned curriculum.
• Participate in student recruitment and promotional events.
• Uphold administrative and quality standards.
• Ensure a safe learning environment under Health & Safety legislation.

What we’re looking for
Essential qualifications & experience

• Quantity Surveying qualification and industry experience.
• GCSE Grade 4/C or equivalent in Maths & English.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and VLE platforms.

Desirable credentials

• Further education teaching experience.
• Previous delivery of the Design & Planning T-Level.
• RICS-accredited qualification.
• Familiarity with digital communication tools.
