About the role
A highly regarded Ofsted-rated Good college in Surrey is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor who’s passionate about the industry to join their team as a Quantity Surveying Lecturer. You’ll deliver the T-Level in Design, Surveying & Planning for Construction—an exciting opportunity to shape the next generation of construction professionals.
Role Overview
- Teach and assess students, delivering exceptional learning experiences.
- Act as a course tutor—manage attendance and support academic progress.
- Develop industry-aligned curriculum.
- Participate in student recruitment and promotional events.
- Uphold administrative and quality standards.
- Ensure a safe learning environment under Health & Safety legislation.
What we’re looking for
Essential qualifications & experience
- Quantity Surveying qualification and industry experience.
- GCSE Grade 4/C or equivalent in Maths & English.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and VLE platforms.
Desirable credentials
- Further education teaching experience.
- Previous delivery of the Design & Planning T-Level.
- RICS-accredited qualification.
- Familiarity with digital communication tools.
