You''ll join a close-knit commercial team and report to the Commercial Manager. Key responsibilities You''ll take commercial ownership of two live developments, plus a possible third site that is either starting up or finishing off. Prepare and manage site budgets, cost plans and cost-to-complete forecasts Value subcontractor work, process monthly valuations and agree final accounts Support the Procurement Manager with tendering, subcontractor selection and awarding packages Manage variations, contra charges and commercial disputes with subcontractors and suppliers Produce accurate monthly cost reports and commercial reviews for the Commercial Manager Visit sites regularly to measure work, check progress and build strong relationships with site teams Spot and act on opportunities to protect margin and control costs Keep commercial records up to date in the company''s systems (COINS or similar) About you You might be an Assistant QS ready to step up, or a Quantity Sur...
