We''re looking for Quantity Surveyors to join our Southern Water team based in Falmer and Chatham. Location: Falmer / Chatham - remote working available, with 3 days to be based at site. What will you be responsible for? As a Quantity Surveyor, you''ll be working within the Commercial team, supporting them in controlling costs and maximizing value. Your day to day will include: Managing project finances including preparing applications for payment and monitoring project costsBuilding relationships with subcontractors and clients to ensure smooth financial processesSupporting procurement activities and providing commercial evaluationsIdentifying changes and supporting the Change Control proceduresEnsuring all contractual notifications are correctly in place What are we looking for?
