Quantity Surveyor

We''re looking for Quantity Surveyors to join our Southern Water team based in Falmer and Chatham. Location: Falmer / Chatham - remote working available, with 3 days to be based at site. What will you be responsible for? As a Quantity Surveyor, you''ll be working within the Commercial team, supporting them in controlling costs and maximizing value. Your day to day will include: Managing project finances including preparing applications for payment and monitoring project costs Building relationships with subcontractors and clients to ensure smooth financial processes Supporting procurement activities and providing commercial evaluations Identifying changes and supporting the Change Control procedures Ensuring all contractual notifications are correctly in place What are we looking for?
