They are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to take commercial responsibility for the project from pre-construction through to final account. Key Responsibilities Manage all commercial aspects of the drylining package to ensure profitability and cost control Prepare, submit, and agree interim valuations with the main contractor Monitor project costs and produce accurate cost reports and forecasts Identify, price, and negotiate variations and change events Manage subcontractor procurement, payments, and final accounts Administer contract conditions and ensure compliance with relevant forms (e.g. JCT) Manage risk and identify commercial opportunities Prepare and agree final accounts in a timely manner Work closely with the Project Manager, Site Team, and client representatives Build and maintain strong relationships with the main contractor and supply chain Attend site meetings and provide commercial input Requirements Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the drylining or inter...
