Working with established clients on a framework basis, the business delivers projects ranging from smaller specialist works through to larger-scale refurbishments and capital projects. Schemes can include office refurbishments, internal reconfigurations, M&E upgrades, specialist installations and wider building improvement works, with project values of up to -3 million. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded Quantity Surveyor who enjoys managing multiple projects, building strong client relationships and taking ownership of the commercial process from initial pricing through to final account.
