      <description>Location: Glasgow | Salary: &amp;pound;33000 - &amp;pound;55000/annum | Type: Permanent | A great opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor is now available to join a Glasgow based Construction Company specialising Commercial Fit Outs. You will be joining a company who work on projects of all sizes within sectors such as Healthcare, Bars/ Restaurants, Offices, Hotels, Education and more. You will be joining an experienced team who work to the highest of standards ensuring repeat business.   Responsibilities:      Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.   Monitor project costs throughout the construction process.   Analyse tenders and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.   Conduct regular site visits.   Maintain comprehensive records of all financial transactions.   Prepare detailed reports on project costs, forecasts, and variances for senior management review.   Identify potential risks related to costs and develop mitigation strategies proactively.    Experience Required:      Proven Quantity Surveying experience with the Construction/ Fit Out sector.   Minimum level of a HND in Quantity Surveying with at least 2 years working experience.
