Key Responsibilities:Prepare and manage tender submissions and procurement for subcontracts and packages.Carry out cost planning, cost control, and budgeting throughout the project lifecycle.Conduct site visits and ensure that costs are in line with budgets and forecasts.Monitor project progress, valuing works and managing the monthly payment cycle.Prepare and submit interim valuations and final accounts.Identify and assess risk, managing change controls and variations.Provide support and guidance to junior team members and assist with the preparation of reports for senior management.Manage relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring smooth communication and delivery of projects.Skills and Experience:Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within a main contractor environment.Experience with NEC and JCT contracts.Strong knowledge of construction processes, cost management, and tendering.Ability to manage multiple projects ..... full job details .....
