They are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor with a minimum of 10 years'' experience to take a leading commercial role across multiple projects. This is an exciting opportunity to join a close-knit, professional team delivering luxury residential schemes with high levels of design and specification. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Managing the commercial aspects of high-end residential projects from pre-construction through to final account Preparing and reviewing contracts, budgets, bills of quantities, and other documentation Monitoring project costs, reporting variations, and managing risk Liaising with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and the internal delivery team Working under JCT contracts and Design and Build procurement routes Overseeing valuations, payments, and final accounts Supporting project teams to ensure commercial and financial success The ideal candidate will have/be: A minimum of 10 years'' ..... full job details .....
