Reporting to the Senior Quantity Surveyor / Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for the commercial management of allocated projects, helping to control costs, manage contractual obligations, maximise value and ensure successful financial outcomes from project commencement through to final account. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a varied portfolio of construction projects within an established and supportive team. Key Responsibilities Manage the day-to-day commercial activities of allocated projects, including cost control, forecasting, reporting and risk management.
