Quantity Surveyor
Job Description Role Overview This is a commercially focused role responsible for cost planning, tendering, procurement, contract management, financial control, and project commercial reporting. The position supports luxury residential and international projects and requires strong expertise in quantity surveying, sound commercial judgement, and advanced documentation skills. This role is well suited for senior Quantity Surveying professionals with experience in high-end residential construction, international procurement, and delivering complex projects from a commercial perspective. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed cost estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), tenders, bids, cost plans, and project budgets Draft, review, and manage contracts, subcontracts, and related correspondence Lead procurement processes including vendor selection, quotations, negotiations, and contractor agreements Monitor project costs, variations, change orders, and cash flow forecasts Support commercial reporting, management information systems (MIS), and financial oversight across projects Conduct cost analysis, risk assessments, and provide commercial recommendations Develop and maintain Excel-based cost trackers, dashboards, and cost control tools Utilise digital tools, estimation software, and AI-enabled systems to enhance QS processes Coordinate with design, construction, and leadership teams on commercial matters Skills and Requirements Must-Have Skills Strong commercial and ..... full job details .....
