Quantity Surveyor - Interior Fit Outs

Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor, with experience working on Interior fit-out projects?

Approach Personnel are proud to be partnered with one of the most trusted UK fit out businesses, who are currently on the look out for a Quantity Surveyor to join them on a permanent basis. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for overseeing the commercial success of our projects within the fit-out sector, ensureing that all works are being completed within an agreed budget.

What are we looking for?

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a commercial setting, ideally fitouts or shop fitting.
• Qualification in Quantity Surveying.
• Desirable, a RICS certification.
• Strong attention to detail

Key Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of cost control and reporting on a high-value fit-out project.
• Manage procurement of subcontractors and materials.
• Review and negotiate subcontractor quotations and packages.
• Prepare and submit interim valuations and final accounts.
• Monitor project progress and maintain accurate cost tracking.
• Provide commercial support to the site team and project managers.
• Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
