Due to the continued and organic growth of the company they are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to work from there office in Plymouth on multiple commercial projects within the South West for their T1 contractor customers with values ranging from £50k up to £2million. Daily Tasks Include: Prepare project specific tender and contract documents. Monitor and control costs across several projects. Identify commercial risk and the likeliness of cost variation. Track any changes to the design or actual work and adjust budget projections. Value completed works and invoice to contractors, including extras and day works. Attending site to ensure monthly measures and valuations are correct. Liaise with and maintain excellent relationships with our customers and workforce.
