Have you got the right qualifications and skills for this job Find out below, and hit apply to be considered.Managing subcontractor procurement, tendering and order placement within budgetPreparing valuations, applications and accurate cost reportingAttending site visits and meetings (pre-start, design and final account stages).Ensuring retention, applications, and payments are always tracked and up to date.Identifying opportunities for design alternatives, cost savings, and value engineering.Supporting multiple projects simultaneously with strong organisation and efficiency.Able to take off and measure from drawings.Requirements for Quantity Surveyor:Degree qualified.
