Quantity Surveyor (Hybrid)

Freelance Quantity Surveyor - High Wycombe / Hybrid Immediate start - Negotiable day rate

Tradeline are actively seeking a Quantity Surveyor who is able to complete an ongoing freelance-contract based remotely with a weekly visit to High Wycombe.

The role will entail working across projects within high-end, luxurious multi million pound new build, bespoke housing.

You will be required to carry out pre and post contract duties as well as Scope of Works in writing to manage expectations of the trades.

Reporting into a company Director-you will be involved in delivering an extensive cost management service on outstanding residential projects.

The role would suit an experienced Quantity Surveyor who has experience working within the UK residential new build sector, ideally within high-end.-
