This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded professional to play a key role in managing project costs, maximising profitability, and supporting the successful delivery of construction projects across a range of sectors. Key Responsibilities: Overseeing the full commercial management of allocated construction projects from start to finish. Working from drawings, specifications, bills of quantities, and scopes to develop accurate commercial assessments. Producing clear and accurate client quotations and supporting tender submissions. Managing valuations, applications for payment, variations, and final account agreements. Monitoring project budgets closely, tracking costs, and producing regular financial forecasts and reports. Identifying potential commercial and contractual risks, taking proactive steps to minimise exposure. Procuring materials and subcontractor services, including negotiation of pricing and terms.
