Duties & Responsibilities Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions for cladding and fa-ade works.      Review architectural, structural, and cladding drawings, specifications, and schedules.      Prepare and evaluate Bills of Quantities (BoQ) and material take-offs.      Obtain and compare quotations from cladding manufacturers, suppliers, and subcontractors.       Assist with procurement and subcontractor selection.      Prepare and manage subcontract orders and contracts.      Monitor project costs against budgets and identify potential cost overruns.      Measure completed cladding works and prepare interim valuations and payment applications.      Assess and manage variations, compensation events, and change order...
