They work on projects up to 4million in value. They have an excellent reputation within this sector and are actively looking for a Planner to join their team.Duties and ResponsibilitiesPrepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions for cladding and fa ade works. Review architectural, structural, and cladding drawings, specifications, and schedules. Prepare and evaluate Bills of Quantities (BoQ) and material take-offs. Obtain and compare quotations from cladding manufacturers, suppliers, and subcontractors. Assist with procurement and subcontractor selection. Prepare and manage subcontract orders and contracts. Monitor project costs against budgets and identify potential cost overruns. Measure completed cladding works and prepare interim valuations and payment applications. Assess and manage variations, compensation events, and change orders. Prepare monthly cost reports, forecasts, and cash-flow projections. Manage subcontractor payments and valuations. Review and agree final accounts with subcontractors and clients. Identify and manage commercial risks associated with materials, labour, design changes, access, and programme delays.
