As Quantity Surveyor, you''ll play a key role in delivering new housing developments, ensuring projects are managed effectively from a commercial perspective. Managing costs across housing developments from inception to completionPreparing budgets, valuations, and financial reportsProcuring subcontractors and managing paymentsIdentifying and managing risks and opportunitiesWorking closely with site and technical teams to ensure smooth deliveryWhat\''s on Offer
