Location: Dudley | Salary: £350 - £400/day Long term contract | Type: Temporary | Elevate projects are working in partnership with our client, a local provider of affordable housing to appoint an experienced- Quantity Surveyor -on an ongoing long term temporary basis:- Experienced Quantity Surveyor (or procurement professional) with a strong background in local authority and public sector projects. Proven ability in delivering pre-contract and procurement activities. Sound knowledge of the Public Procurement Act 2023 and public sector procurement compliance requirements. Experienced in tender evaluation, commercial assessments and preparation contract documentation. Strong understanding of governance, risk management and value-for-money principles. Effective stakeholder manager, working collaboratively with project teams, consultants and contractors. Able to provide immediate commercial support to ensure efficient and compliant project delivery.
