Quantity Surveyor Housing

Elevate projects are working in partnership with our client, a local provider of affordable housing to appoint an experienced-Quantity Surveyor-on an ongoing long term temporary basis:-

• Experienced Quantity Surveyor (or procurement professional) with a strong background in local authority and public sector projects.
• Proven ability in delivering pre-contract and procurement activities.
• Sound knowledge of the Public Procurement Act 2023 and public sector procurement compliance requirements.
• Experienced in tender evaluation, commercial assessments and preparation contract documentation.
• Strong understanding of governance, risk management and value-for-money principles.
• Effective stakeholder manager, working collaboratively with project teams, consultants and contractors.
• Able to provide immediate commercial support to ensure efficient and compliant project delivery.
