This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Quantity Surveyor ready to take the next step, to join a forward-thinking business delivering roofing, fit out, refurbishment, and maintenance projects across the South East. Working closely with the business owner, you''ll play a key role in managing multiple projects from inception through to final account, with genuine opportunities for long-term career progression as the company continues to grow. The Role As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the commercial management of multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered profitably while maintaining excellent relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. Key Responsibilities Managing multiple roofing, refurbishment, and fit out projects from tender through to final account Preparing cost plans, budgets, valuations, and final accounts Reviewing contracts and tender documentation Procuring subcontractors and negotiating supplier quotations Managing subcontractor accounts, applications, and payments Monitoring project costs and identifying opportunities to maximise profitability Preparing and submitting interim valuations and payment applications Pricing variations and managing change ..... full job details .....
