Quantity Surveyor

Our client is a national developer/contractor undertaking major new build residential & mixed-use schemes across the country. Projects are generally high-rise towers/frames with retail & commercial space at ground & 1st floor levels and residential apartments above.

Our client is now seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to be based on site in East-London. The project consits of multiple phases, 2,000 units and 12 years work.

The position will report into the on-site Senior Quantity Surveyor.

Our client requires this individual to do the Procurement, account management and early procurement of packages. They''re seeking applicants who have either worked for a recognised developer or contractor on large residential schemes.-

In return, our client is offering anything between -65k - -70k (basic) + full package (car allowance, pension, healthcare, bonus).
