As part of their continued growth, they are actively seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team.This is a full-time permanent position based out of their Peterborough office with flexible and hybrid working.Your new roleAs a Quantity Surveyor, you will report to the Commercial Manager and take responsibility for the commercial performance of the project, ensuring robust cost control and value recovery.Key responsibilities will include:Managing project budgets, cost reporting and forecasting cost to completionAdministering NEC contracts, including subcontract management and contractual correspondenceProcuring subcontract packages and preparing tender documentationManaging variations and compensation events, including delay analysis and loss and expense claimsProviding detailed cost analysis and maintaining transparent financial reportingBuilding and maintaining strong client relationships through regular engagementLiaising closely with site teams to support effective project deliveryLeading or supporting value engineering activitiesManaging commercial ..... full job details .....
