Quantity Surveyor - Gatwick Airport FrameworkLocation: Gatwick Airport / Liverpool Street, London Rate: 500 per day via Ltd Company Contract: Initial 6 months with strong scope for extension Working Pattern: Hybrid - 2 days remote, 1 day Gatwick Airport, 2 days Liverpool Street Contract: Outside IR35 / Ltd Company Experience: Minimum 4 years'' Quantity Surveying experience Sector: Infrastructure / Aviation / NEC4 We are currently recruiting for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a growing infrastructure delivery team working across a range of projects within the Gatwick Airport Framework. The portfolio includes a mix of smaller schemes through to larger, more complex projects, providing an excellent opportunity for an experienced QS to take responsibility for the commercial management of multiple work packages.The RoleThe Quantity Surveyor will provide accurate, commercially focused input across projects, ensuring all commercial and contractual activities are delivered in accordance with the contract, policies and procedures.
