The Role Working closely with the Commercial Manager and operational teams, you will be responsible for the commercial management of a range of capital works projects from inception through to final account.Key duties will include: Managing project costs and budgets. Subcontractor procurement and account management. Valuations, variations and change control. Cost reporting and forecasting. Contract administration. Final account negotiation and agreement.
