Your new companyOpportunity to join an established Facilities Management provider as a Quantity Surveyor within its commercial team. Operating within the defence sector, the organisation delivers essential accommodation maintenance and facilities services that directly supports UK military personnel and their families.Your new roleAs the Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in maintaining strong commercial control across a diverse portfolio of facilities and infrastructure projects. This includes scoping and pricing voids, ensuring value for money and supporting the delivery of high-quality work on time and within budget. Working closely with operational teams, client representatives and supply chain partners, the postholder will contribute to the full project lifecycle. Responsibilities include commercial reporting, cost modelling, risk management and supporting dispute resolution. What you''ll need to succeedTo be successful for this role you should have experience as a Quantity Surveyor and should have gained experience working within a property maintenance or facilities management environment. A formal qualification in Quantity Surveying or equivalent is preferred.
