Due to an increase in workload and an urgent requirement within the commercial team, they are looking for a hands-on QS who can quickly integrate into the business and support project delivery from a commercial perspective.   Your new role   As Freelance Quantity Surveyor, you''ll be responsible for managing project costs, budgets, forecasting, subcontractor accounts and commercial reporting across a portfolio of infrastructure projects. You will work closely with operational teams to ensure projects remain commercially compliant and financially controlled whilst administering NEC contracts throughout the project lifecycle. This is a hybrid role offering flexibility, although regular office attendance is expected to maintain collaboration with the wider team.
