You will also oversee subcontractor procurement, payments, variations and commercial reporting, ensuring full compliance with internal policies and procedures.Your key responsibilities will include:Managing project budgets, valuations and estimated final costsProducing accurate cost and value reconciliation reportsMaintaining commercial control throughout the developmentPreparing weekly, monthly and quarterly commercial reportsCompiling site-start budgets in collaboration with internal departmentsCompleting detailed costings for each stage of the developmentMonitoring costs, cash flow and contingency allowancesLeading value-engineering exercises to achieve best valuePreparing tenders and procuring subcontractors, materials and servicesProducing ..... full job details .....
