With a strong reputation across the Scottish market, this business delivers high-quality interior fit-out and partitioning projects across a range of sectors, with values typically up to 5 million.Your new roleThis is a varied and hands-on position, offering a blend of both Quantity Surveying and Estimating responsibilities. You will work closely with the Director, supporting across the full project lifecycle-from tender stage through to final account. The role provides excellent exposure to both commercial management and pre-construction activities within a supportive and collaborative environment.Key responsibilities will include:Preparing and submitting competitive tenders and cost estimatesAssisting in the commercial management of live projectsPreparing valuations, variations, and final accountsLiaising with clients, subcontractors, and suppliersSupporting project delivery to ensure cost efficiency and profitabilityWorking closely with senior leadership on strategic and operational mattersWhat you''ll need to succeedPrevious experience in a Quantity Surveying and/or Estimating role, ideally within fit-out, interiors, or partitionsStrong commercial awareness and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple ..... full job details .....
