Quantity Surveyor

A well-established and growing regional contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join its commercial team. Operating across North Wales, the business delivers a diverse portfolio of projects across the Public & Private sectors, working alongside local authorities, housing providers and public sector organisations.

With a strong reputation for quality, collaboration and long-term client relationships, the company is experiencing continued growth and offers an excellent opportunity for a commercially astute Quantity Surveyor to play a key role in the successful delivery of projects across the region.

We''re keen to speak with commercially minded Quantity Surveyors who can demonstrate a track record of delivering successful outcomes on construction projects.

You will have:

• Experience managing the commercial aspects of construction projects independently
• A solid understanding of cost control, procurement, valuations, variations and final accounts
• Working knowledge of both NEC and JCT forms of contract
• The ability to build strong working relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors and project teams
• Strong commercial awareness coupled with a proactive and solutions-focused approach
• Excellent planning, organisation and reporting skills
• A relevant Quantity Surveying qualification or equivalent industry experience
• A full UK driving licence
